With the Inveor platform from Kostal, the power range has been extended downwards so that the drive controller is now available in power classes from 0.25 to 22 kW. It can be integrated into the motor or mounted close to the motor, for example on a wall or on a machine bed - with protection class IP65, it can also be used outdoors. Colour touchscreen terminals can be used to assign, control, automate and visualize functions within a fieldbus system. A membrane keypad integrated into the housing is also available as an option. In addition, a manual control unit with plain text display can be used for operation. Parameterization is carried out using the free PC software, which also includes a four-channel oscilloscope for data acquisition.
