The Vacon 100 Flow frequency inverter, which is based on Vacon's Multimaster technology, ensures a constant water pressure even when demand fluctuates. The device combines the core functions of the 'Vacon 100' with specially designed flow control functions such as multi-pump solutions and application selection menus. The frequency inverter offers intuitive user guidance, application menus guide the user through installation and commissioning. A start-up wizard and the quick configuration menu make it easier to select the relevant parameters and monitoring values. In addition, all required parameters are displayed automatically. A PID controller integrated as standard controls the pump speed via a sensor. Other features include the multi-pump single drive and standardized multi-master and multi-follower solutions for pump control. The frequency inverter is available in various sizes with housing protection class IP21 / UL type 1 or with protection class IP54 / UL type 12. Its power range is specified as 0.55 kW / 0.75 hp to 160 kW / 250 hp and the voltage range from 208 to 240 V or from 380 to 500 V.
