The compact, programmable TriSpectorP1000 3D camera from Sick combines laser illumination and camera optics in a single housing design, creating geometrically stable and unambiguous measurement situations in the application.

Image processing and analysis are also fully integrated into the camera - the factory-calibrated 3D output of the measured, high-resolution shape data is in mm values, which can be processed directly. A key feature of the camera is its programmability in the 'Sick AppSpace' development environment, the company's common programming platform for various sensor technologies. This means that developers and integrators can use the camera to develop individual applications and user interfaces for their image processing solutions and thus implement customized requirements.
