An impressive new construction project with state-of-the-art production facilities, highly developed production logistics and an innovative administrative unit is currently underway at Paul Vahle. With this project, the provider of energy and data transmission solutions is planning to significantly increase its production capacity from 2027 in order to meet growing demand. The investment is estimated at 60 million euros.

Sustainability through PV system and heat pump

A completely new factory with modern storage areas, including automated small parts warehouses, pallet warehouses and honeycomb warehouses, will be built on a usable area of around 15,300 square meters. To ensure sustainable operation, the construction plan includes extensive green roofs and a photovoltaic system with storage in combination with a heat pump. The four-storey administration building is being built on an area of around 3,000 square meters. In addition, an event pavilion with an area of 460 square meters is planned, which will offer a bistro for employees as well as conference and communication areas. The pavilion will also act as the central anchor of the campus and strengthen the link between administration and production.
