The Digitalstrom smart home system networks electrical devices via the existing 230 V power lines and also integrates IP devices. The UMV and UMR modules from Digitalstrom allow the intelligent networking of luminaire ballasts, LED converters with 0 to 10 V control interfaces as well as low and DC voltage devices. The GE-UMV200 1 to 10 V universal module has four isolated outputs that can be used to switch and dim up to four luminaire ballasts, LED converters or other low-voltage devices with 0 to 10 V or 1 to 10 V and integrate them into extensive smart home scenarios. The module receives all control commands, which it forwards to the downstream devices, via its 230 V connection. The module also has a 230 V push-button input for local control. The integrated electronics are used for data communication and transmission of the control signals and measure the power consumption of the connected devices. The SW-UMR200 universal relay module is suitable for potential-free detection of mains and low-voltage signals and for switching on loads. It has two inputs and outputs and two isolated wide-range inputs. This allows the module to detect the switching status or sensor values of external devices or switches and report them in the digital power system.
