Pada Engineering, based in Calcinelli near Rimini, has been supplying CTX with profile and liquid heat sinks for almost 25 years. The Italian company has been developing and manufacturing cooling components for electronic devices since the 1990s. By acquiring CTX, both companies are expecting to benefit their customers in particular: Customer requests will be realized more quickly in the future, and supply chains will be shortened and accelerated. Last but not least, there are plans to expand the CTX supply portfolio from Italy to include other heat sink technologies in the future, such as skived fin heat sinks.
