04 - Maccon: Servo drive for AGVs and robotics
Maccon launches the ultra-compact 'Nano' series of servo drives for low voltage and high motor phase currents in drive technology. The servo drives can be integrated into autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs), autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), robotic joints, mobile applications in medical technology and other automated areas that require precise speed and position control at low voltage from 9 V(DC) and high motor phase current despite limited installation space. With a peak current of up to 70 Apk, the drive is ideal for applications that rely on low voltages of 12, 24 or 48 V(DC). Thanks to their compact design (35 mm × 30 mm × 23.4 mm), the servo drives can be mounted directly on the motor or inside robot joints. An optional miniaturized carrier board with connector technology simplifies the installation of the servo drive. Other features include Safe Torque Off (STO) with SIL3 or category 3, PL e conformity, six digital inputs and four digital outputs and fieldbus connection to CANopen or Ethercat.
