Compared to the individual motor, the increase in length is only 18 mm and includes a fully-fledged servo controller and a 12-bit encoder. The full power of the motors can be used in different versions. The RS232 and CANopen versions of the controller are suitable for PC and automation networks. They support the ‚CiA 402‘ servo drive standard and enable several drives to be controlled via one master port. The integrated motion controller takes over tasks such as homing and can also be operated independently.
