How do recruitment consultants from the industry assess the prospects?

Thomas Hegger from Hegger Riemann und Partner and member of the VDE committee "Engineering studies, professions and society" does not expect a rapid recovery on the job market. He has noticed that his clients are planning rather conservatively with regard to new hires; "these can and will probably be increased if the economy develops positively".

Bottlenecks can then be expected for experienced employees in the development and sales environment.
