Claroty extends integration with Crowdstrike: Native integration enables CrowdStrike Falcon Discover for IoT to provide contextualized, detailed visibility by detecting and capturing all connected assets in industrial and enterprise environments.
Building on the API-based integration the two companies announced between 'Claroty Edge' and CrowdStrike's 'Falcon Discover for IoT' module, the native integration includes a common methodology for asset discovery, categorization and detection, as well as joint research to continuously improve device detection. By extending the Falcon platform's detection and response (XDR) capabilities with asset discovery in industrial environments, the integration provides customers with visibility, protection and monitoring capabilities across the extended Internet of Things (XIoT), including operational technology (OT), IoT and IT assets. The native integration enables CrowdStrike Falcon Discover for IoT to provide contextual, granular visibility by discovering and capturing all connected assets in industrial and enterprise environments. Once this visibility is achieved, asset operators can use Claroty 'xDome' to identify risks and vulnerabilities of XIoT assets.
