The EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) comes into force on May 25, 2018!

This means that the data protection organization in companies must also be completely overhauled. What is important is not (only) theoretical knowledge, but rather practical experience. The main challenges for data protection officers are the design of the records of processing activities and the required risk assessment for the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

For these to succeed, there is no need for abstract legal seminars, but rather practical training organized by experts. This is the only way for managing directors and data protection officers to learn how to organize their companies and processes in a legally compliant manner.

The seminar "Practical training EU General Data Protection Regulation 2017" is a practical guide on how to create directories in accordance with the EU GDPR, how to incorporate a risk analysis directly into the directories and how to design this using a security classification in conjunction with instructions for the workplace. The upcoming new Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) is already taken into account, as far as is known.

In this seminar, you will learn how this overall process is summarized and created in a document. The structure is already specified in the document. You will learn under guidance how to map the business processes here and take your first procedure with risk assessment directly back to your company, where you can use it as a template.

The one-day practical training will guide you through the necessary steps and procedures to ensure that your company is properly organized on 25 May 2018. Each participant who wishes to create their own first procedure must bring a laptop. USB sticks will be handed out so that everyone can take their first procedure with them.
