Ergonomic tube lifters
With the vacuum tube lifters from the 'Quicklift' and 'Heavylift' series, Timmer is presenting solutions with which various goods can be lifted and lowered ergonomically and safely.
Quicklift can be operated intuitively as it has a one-hand operation that was developed for typical pick & place handling and, according to the manufacturer Timmer, achieves high cycle rates. The tube lifter is suitable for a weight of up to 50 kg and lifting goods such as cardboard boxes, bagged goods or plates. It is optionally available with a 360° turntable for positioning the goods to be lifted.
With the Heavylift, even heavy and bulky lifting goods weighing up to 300 kg can be handled safely with both hands. The variable handle is available in different sizes. Another feature is the optional quick-change system, which makes it easy to change the suction cups for different lifting goods if required. The 'swivel traverse' operating unit (image) is suitable for sheet material - it can be used to lift the material and then swivel it through 90° and place it directly at the storage location.
