Handling robots
0.2 mm repeatability
With the 'Motoman' models MH215II and MH250II, Yaskawa presents two handling robots from the 'MH' product family. Thanks to a special vibration control system, the increased axis speed and the inherent rigidity of the robots can be ...
... gearbox of the two models to achieve particularly high acceleration with short movements. Despite the reduced cycle times, the repeat accuracy of the 6-axis robots remains at 0.2 mm. The robots offer a maximum payload of 215 and 250 kg and a working range of 2912 and 2710 mm. The robots are controlled using the DX200 robot controller. In addition to all the features of the predecessor model DX100, it offers functions and function packages that facilitate the application-specific solution and programming of robotic tasks. For example, the creation of up to 32 safety zones and 18 tools enables smaller work areas and optimized use of the available space. Other features of the control system include the simplified integration of peripheral devices and the synchronous cooperation of up to eight robots or 72 axes. Via the Profinet interface 'Motologix S7-1500 Interface', the robots can be programmed and controlled not only via the Ethernet/IP and Powerlink platforms, but also with Profinet for Siemens environments. The handling robots can be programmed and operated directly via the TIA portal using the Profinet interface. In-depth robot knowledge is no longer required.
