Software for analyzing machining processes

EVO Informationssysteme presents a tool for analyzing machining processes. The software solution uses machine learning to extract machining knowledge from CNC programs.

The AI software tool automatically searches through thousands of CNC programs and extracts machine-specific machining parameters. The 'EVOjetstream' DNC server software is at the heart of data exchange and communication with the networked machine tools. In combination with the 'EVOtools' tool management system, it enables the tool data world to be viewed right down to each tool component. This "mining" of machining process parameters from NC machine code creates a centralized database and a valuable resource for planning future machining tasks. 'EVOtools' contains the machining knowledge of machine operators and CNC programmers, allowing machining processes to be optimized for specific machines and materials.

According to EVO Informationssysteme , the use of machine learning to extract and analyze machining knowledge from CNC programs marks a turning point in the optimization of production processes.
