Sabine Scheunert is Chairwoman of the Eurocentral Management Board

Sabine Scheunert has been appointed Chairwoman of the Executive Board Eurocentral at Dassault Systèmes. She is actively involved in promoting more women in STEM and IT professions.

[Dassault Systèmes has appointed Sabine Scheunert, an experienced manager from the automotive and technology industry, as CEO of Eurocentral. She has decades of experience, having held senior positions at Mercedes-Benz, DongFeng Motors - Citroën and the BMW Group.

In her new role, Scheunert will drive the implementation of Dassault Systèmes' corporate strategy in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Her focus will be on strengthening business relationships and expanding the technology company's presence in the manufacturing, life sciences and healthcare sectors, as well as infrastructure and urban development. She succeeds Dominic Kurtaz, who will move on to new global responsibilities within the company.

Scheunert has a background in mathematics and holds a degree in European Business Management from the Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW). She also completed an Advanced Strategy Program at Harvard Business School. In addition to her entrepreneurial duties, she is a member of the Supervisory Board of Messer SE in Germany and Planet First Partners in the UK. She is also actively involved in networks for more women in STEM and IT professions.
