Heller acquires stake in IGH Infotec
The machine tool manufacturer Heller Nürtingen acquires a stake in IGH Infotec AG from Langenfeld in North Rhine-Westphalia. IGH Infotec AG specializes in IT systems for optimizing production and in-house logistics.
Heller's investment in IGH Infotec is in line with the company's strategic direction, which aims to strengthen its offering of process analysis and optimization. "We are focusing on complete process solutions that include digital interfaces and solutions as well as process-relevant services," says Reinhold Groß, CEO of the Heller Group. The combined consulting expertise is intended to provide customers with holistic support in their production and logistics processes.
IGH Infotec's solutions have already been in use at Heller for five years in mechanical production and spindle assembly. Heller is already a pilot user and development partner of IGH Infotec, and the partnership will now be intensified.
