According to Omron, they offer large storage capacity to enable real-time analysis and process modularization. The high-precision data acquisition of the 'NX502' with a jitter of 1 μs or less enables real-time analysis of production-related data that can be reflected in the processing conditions. Examples include temperature, pressure or flow rate. The NX502 and NX-EIP201 have integrated control technology that enables monitoring of large production lines by means of module subdivision through up to eight network system separations and up to 254 safety connections. This allows sub-processes to be adjusted and controlled even on large lines with minimal impact on overall operations. Companies can thus maximize their energy productivity and significantly minimize lead times when changing lines.
