TDK-Lambda's GQA is a DC/DC converter series whose 120 W modules deliver 120 W output power with the common output voltages of 5 V, 12 V, 15 V, 24 V, 28 V and 48 V. The modules are fully encapsulated and operate via a wide-range input of 9 to 36 V(DC) (18 to 36 V(DC) for the 48 V model). Short-term voltage peaks of up to 50 V(DC) at the inputs cannot harm the modules. Depending on the output voltage, the efficiency is up to 91.5 %. The modules are particularly suitable for automated container transport vehicles (AGV), portable electronic equipment, communication solutions in adverse environmental conditions, rail applications (track-side rail) and navigation systems for the maritime sector. The operating temperature range extends from -40 to +105°C. The modules are available in the standard quarter-brick format or optionally in a variant with a flange in the format 60.6 mm x 49.9 mm x 12.7 mm. In addition to a remote sense, all models also offer a remote ON/OFF function.
