What will the safe and environmentally friendly mobility of the future look like? Under the motto "New Mobility", the nationwide student competition 'Invent a Chip' has now been launched for the 16th time by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the technology association VDE.

Lukas Heindl (17) and Maximilian Melzner (17) from Gymnasium Eschenbach have developed a burglar alarm chip that can be used to secure up to eight windows.
