Intel launched around 30 new processors on the market on April 2, 2018. The manufacturers of computer modules and embedded boards have now announced the first products with this processor generation.

Kontron has so far only announced that it will integrate the Coffee Lake processors into COM Express modules, system boards and its complete devices from June. A special feature at Kontron is the APPROTECT security solution with a security chip from Wibu-Systems.
