TSN/A Conference 2024
"Application of TSN" - this is the motto of the international TSN/A Conference, which will take place this year on October 1 - 2 in Stuttgart. Become part of the community and discuss the use of the real-time Ethernet standard with experts and users.
Computer&Automation and the AVNU Alliance are organizing the two-day TSN/A conference for the ninth time. In recent years, the international event has developed into the information and discussion platform for the real-time Ethernet standard Time Sensitive Networks. Together with 5G and OPC UA, this technology has a major impact on the communication technology of tomorrow in the application areas of industry, automotive and the audio-video-consumer world.
The motto of this year's conference is "Application of TSN". Where is TSN already in use? Where could TSN play a role in the future? The conference will also take a look at current and emerging use cases, standards, experiments, best practices and technologies related to time-critical and/or mission-critical applications supported by converged networks. Application areas include Cyber Physical Systems, the Industrial Internet of Things, automotive applications including intelligent transportation systems, aerospace, and real-time audio and video.
Accompanying the lecture program, there will also be a hands-on workshop where participants can experience and understand the integration of virtual controllers via TSN backbone live. Three Profinet networks, two Ethercat networks, one CC-Link IE TSN network and one OPC UA PubSub-based application are implemented via the TSN backbone.
