Isele brings many years of experience to his new role. He has been with the BMW Group since the early 1990s and has actively supported the development of 'Apix' and 'Iseled' from the application side for a long time. In leading positions in the areas of displays, instrumentation, interior lighting systems and most recently in semiconductor management, he was able to gain extensive experience in semiconductor development and supply chain.

Hans Weilnhammer will return to his role as CFO after the handover phase.

Inova Semiconductors GmbH is a fabless semiconductor manufacturer based in Munich, Germany. The company was founded in 1999 and specializes in products for serial data communication with gigabit/s data rates. In addition to the 'Apix' (Automotive Pixel Link) products delivered in large quantities - well over 180 million - which are already available in the third generation, Inova introduced 'Iseled' - the 'Digital LED' - in 2016 and has already produced over 100 million chips. This was followed in 2020 by 'Ilas', the 'Iseled' Light and Sensor Network', which will go into series production in vehicles from 2025. In November 2022, the company presented 'ADXpress' (Automotive Data Express), a new type of high-speed data transmission system for all types of data in vehicles.
