To simplify large-scale IIoT installations, Moxa offers ThingsPro Suite 2, a software platform specifically designed for data collection and decentralized device management. The software offers a ready-to-use Modbus polling engine and customer interfaces to cloud services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS). This enables the rapid integration of field devices with the cloud. The gateway and server tools allow users to easily install and manage field devices and integrate services and applications in the local SCADA system or the cloud via a web-based graphical user interface. The platform also supports the MQTT protocol and RESTful APIs. For users who develop their own data acquisition and management software programs, 'ThingsPro Gateway' offers the possibility to transfer field data directly to decentralized databases without the need for additional programming on the gateway.
