Din-Rail industrial switch for SMEs
The 6-Port Gigabit L2 Managed PoE++ DIN-Rail Industrial Switch 'TI-BG62i' from Trendnet was developed for extreme conditions in industrial environments.
The Trendnet switch has four Gigabit PoE+ ports and two SFP slots with a total switching capacity of 12 Gbps and a total PoE power of 360 W. It also allows PoE port controls such as PoE enable/disable, perpetual PoE, PoE alive check and fast PoE. The two SFP slots support 1000Base-FX modules for long-haul fiber optic applications. The switch has Layer 2 management functions with traffic management control, error recovery and support for SNMP monitoring as well as management functions such as access control lists, VLAN, IGMP snooping, QoS, RMON, SNMP trap and syslog for monitoring and flexible network integration. It also masters the so-called 'Jumbo Frame' technology (up to 10 Kbyte) for compressed and fast data transfer via packet transmission. The metal housing complies with protection class IP30 and the switch operates in a temperature range from -40 to +75 °C.
