Delphin has developed a
mobile energy measurement case especially for measuring energy efficiency, which can record digital pulses from electricity, gas and water meters. At the same time, the electrical power of motors, pumps and drives, for example, can be recorded with the integrated 3-phase power meter. Relevant energy data from PLCs or a higher-level control system is also recorded via fieldbus interfaces such as Profibus or Modbus. The energy measurement case is configured for the measurement tasks via LAN and then works autonomously. An integrated data memory can record several million measured values. The energy measurement case can be equipped with a UMTS modem for wireless use. It is optionally available with fast analog inputs. This extension enables process analysis beyond pure energy measurement values - for example, a network analysis can be carried out to detect faults or peak values. The recorded energy data is analyzed online/offline using the 'ProfiSignal Go' software. It enables the measured values to be displayed in the y(t) diagram.
