A brief portrait of Frank Maier and the Lenze company

Frank Maier brought software expertise and an IT perspective to the machine automation specialist Lenze back in 2005. He has been CTO of Lenze SE since 2009 and is responsible for Research & Development, Innovation and the North America region.

He studied electrical engineering at the University of Stuttgart and began his career in 1989 at Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies, including in the USA. He is a board member of the Forschungsvereinigung Antriebstechnik e.V.. Frank Maier is married and has one daughter.
