Not all technicians receive an annual bonus. Just under 70 % of those surveyed receive a Christmas bonus. This figure is around 66% for vacation pay. Profit sharing is far less common at 19%. Companies that are bound by collective agreements have a positive effect on special payments: While 80% of respondents in companies covered by collective agreements receive a Christmas bonus, this figure is only 56% in companies not covered by collective agreements.
