The Combivert S6 and F6 drive controllers from KEB Automation combine the functionality of classic, open-loop and closed-loop frequency inverters for asynchronous machines and dynamic servo controllers with highly efficient encoderless control methods. With a recent software release, the series now also provides Powerlink in addition to Ethercat and Profinet via a MultiRealTime Ethernet fieldbus connection. Combivert S6 is a servo amplifier for currents from 2.6 A to 16.5 A, available in two housing sizes for direct mains connection to 230 V and 400 V networks. Functionally identical, the Combivert F6 series is used in applications for single-axis drive controllers in the power range from 4 to 400 kW.
