The SATA III SSDs '910S' and '230S' from Cactus Technologies feature AES256 encryption as well as a 'Quick Erase' function that can be triggered by a hardware jumper. The products support TRIM, NCQ and SMART. 910S uses SLC NAND flash and achieves data rates of up to 430 MByte/s. The capacity range extends from 64 GByte to 640 GByte, the operating temperature from -45 °C to +90 °C. The 230S model uses MLC NAND flash, with a read performance of up to 380 MByte/s and a write speed of up to 400 MByte/s. Capacities from 128 GByte to 640 GByte are available. The temperature range extends from 0 °C to +70 °C.
