Almost 87 percent of respondents are prepared for complexity. However, the question about the type of preparation shows that it is essentially based on personal experience. For example, 47.8 percent, i.e. less than half of those surveyed, said that they had been prepared for this during their training. Only just under 26 percent stated that they had been prepared through in-service training. For 91.5 percent of those surveyed, it was clear that their own experience had made the difference to their preparation.
