More security, simpler installation, longer battery life - the wishes of the participants surveyed at the end of 2014 show that Industry 4.0 is slowly making its way from the planning phase into practice. This means that problems that only become apparent during operation are moving to the forefront compared to the standardized interfaces that were still considered most important in 2011.
