Siemens opened another chapter at the 2009 Hanover Fair: The new micro-controller 'S7-1200', the successor to the small controller 'Simatic S7-200', was launched on the market. One of the main focuses of the new development is the seamless integration of controller, human machine interface (HMI) and software.
