Euchner offers the space-saving MGBS safety gate guard. It consists of a transponder-coded 'CTP' safety switch mounted on a stable bolt plate, which is combined with an 'MGB' handle module. It can be used wherever a slim switch housing is required, for example on the corner posts of safety fences. The fixing holes in the handle module and the bolt plate are concealed and thus offer protection against tampering. A locking insert in the handle module prevents the system from being started during maintenance and cleaning work, for example. The simple connection using a plug connector reduces the amount of wiring required. The system is optionally equipped with an emergency stop device as well as operating and display elements. Thanks to the transponder technology, the system achieves category 4/PL e in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1 without additional fault exclusion. It meets all the requirements of EN ISO 14119, complies with protection classes IP65, IP67 and IP69K and has a locking force of 3900 N.
