With the 17.620G, BD Sensors is launching a pressure transmitter from the compact class onto the market. It is designed for heavy-duty applications in mechanical and plant engineering, such as confined installation conditions, high load changes, temperature shocks and pressure peaks. The pressure transmitter records pressures in the range from 16 to 1000 bar with a tolerance of 0.5 % FSO. The sensor of the device is made of stainless steel and is welded - and therefore does not require a seal, which is always accompanied by a high resistance to media such as oils or coolants as well as a high level of robustness. According to the manufacturer, the sensor is insensitive to vibrations, shocks and temperature changes during use. The 17.620G is available with electrical and mechanical connections that comply with current industry standards, making it easy to install and commission.
