Graf-Syteco offers an optional remote maintenance package for the control and operating devices of the 'IBT', 'MCQ' and 'D' series, which enables remote access to the control of mobile machines. Access can be made either via a VPN or via the manufacturer's remote maintenance server. The VPN is implemented via the Ethernet connection of the control unit and a VPN router. In addition, a dongle is required for the PC, which is used for remote access. If access is via the remote maintenance server from Graf-Syteco, the control unit can be connected via a GSM modem and a suitable antenna; both are provided by the provider, the user only needs to insert a SIM card from the local provider. Access to the machine and use of the remote maintenance server are protected against unauthorized access by password and data encryption.
