By combining the safety relay with the safe motion solution PMCprotego DS (pictured), Pilz provides the user with an integrated solution that combines functions such as safe brake testing, safe control of powerful brakes and a cyclical function check of the open position of the brake. With a supply voltage of 24 V(DC), an output current of 4.5 A is available at both outputs. If required, even peak currents of up to 6.5 A can be covered.
