PowerTwin is the name of a panel PC and monitor series from Spectra. The models have a modular design, which supports individual customization. This adaptability is based on the architectural principle of 'Convertible Display Systems'. Instead of an all-in-one approach, the two main components of a panel PC or monitor - the display and the system unit (PC or monitor module) - are designed as independent, logical units. All components are compatible with each other and can be combined using a standardized plug-in connection system. If the requirements change, only the relevant component needs to be changed and the panel PC is immediately ready for operation again. The screens work with LED backlight technology and are available in 4:3 and 16:9 formats. The diagonal size ranges from 8.4 to 19 inches. There is a choice between multi-touch and single-touch displays. The monitor complies with IP65 on the front. The PC module is based on the Intel Atom E3845 Quad Core processor with a clock speed of 1.91 GHz and operates without a fan. The interfaces include four USB inputs, two RS232/422/485 interfaces, one VGA connection, one DisplayPort, four digital inputs and four digital outputs as well as 2x GbE with Wake-on-LAN function and PXE Preboot Execution Environment for the network-based boot process.
