Software AG is expanding the role of COO Go To Market from Dr. Benno Quade to Chief Customer Success Officer. In this position, he will manage the resources of the Customer Success and Professional Services teams in line with the requirements of customers' transformation projects. He will also secure revenue from contract renewals in the increasingly important subscription model.
