With the C2, Flir Systems introduces a compact thermal imaging camera that enables construction professionals to use thermal patterns to identify weak points and problems such as energy losses, structural defects and damaged pipes. The camera measures 125 × 80 × 24 mm and weighs 130 g. In addition to MSX real-time image optimization, it has a touchscreen with automatic alignment. MSX also enables the thermal imaging camera to show details such as numbers, letters, structures and other important features on the thermal image. The device offers a resolution of 4,800 pixels and a field of view of 41 degrees. In addition, the C2 is equipped with a work light and a flash function. Radiometric JPEGs are also possible. The images can be downloaded later using the free Flir Tools software. This also allows the user to adjust the thermal image levels, isolate and add temperature measurements, change color palettes and create reports.
