Hollow mirror made of silicon for extremely short wavelengths (13.5 nm). With the help of this mirror developed by the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft, extremely short-wavelength light is to be used in the production of the next generation of computer chips. This would enable previously unattainable miniaturization in chip production.
