The PK 9260 solid-state relay from Dold's Powerswitch series can be used to switch resistive loads economically. Due to its wear-free switching, it is particularly suitable for applications with high switching frequencies. Possible applications include extruder machines, injection molding machines and heating systems. The 1-pole solid-state relay is zero-voltage switching. Load currents of up to 88 A can be switched. The DCB technology (direct copper bonding technology) used optimizes the thermal behaviour. The device is also optionally available as a solid-state contactor with a specially adapted heat sink for top-hat rail mounting.
