Yaskawa is presenting an alternative to complex controllers especially for smaller handling and positioning tasks: The MA100 motion adapter offers the option of running up to four servo axes and/or four I/O modules. According to the manufacturer, the device is easy to program. In particular, no knowledge of programming languages is required. The motion adapter is compatible with rotary motors, direct drives and linear motors from the company's 'Sigma-5' series.
