As part of the service, process and status data of control loops selected by the user from the Simatic-PCS-7 process control system is recorded by a data collector and then transferred to a Siemens Operation Center. There, experts analyze the data and make the evaluations available to the customer in the form of reports. These range from analyses of individual controls to optimization recommendations for the control loops of the entire plant. Based on the evaluations, companies can initiate targeted measures to increase efficiency, quality and throughput.
