The idea behind this: A company can only be truly innovative if everyone pulls together. Schreiner Group sees a good climate for innovation as an important prerequisite for this. To this end, it runs interdisciplinary innovation workshops. However, theory alone is not enough: of the dozen or so suggestions for improvement that each employee submits each year, the majority are implemented.
