The machine lights of the WLS28-2 series are also new. Compared to the predecessor model, the second generation of lights developed by Turck's opto partner Banner Engineering has three times the number of LEDs. This results in more uniform light distribution and 50 percent more luminosity. The lights are available in lengths between 285 and 1,130 millimetres and with IP67 and IP69K protection.
