R. Stahl also manufactures explosion-proof power distribution systems for zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 in modular design. As this means that lighting and power distribution systems, heating circuit distribution systems (trace heating) and socket distribution systems can be configured, requested and offered more quickly, users' selection and planning processes are shortened. All performance features and certifications of the modules are documented and frequently required assemblies are predefined: These immediately available elements can be combined in a variety of ways to directly meet a large proportion of customer-specific requirements. For many users, this eliminates the need for an engineering phase: if information is available on the intended use, ambient conditions, load specification of the consumers, cable dimensioning and back-up fusing of the supply line, R. Stahl takes over the planning of the power distribution in accordance with EN/IEC 61439. Circuit-breakers are available in many variants. The climate-proof distribution enclosures made of glass fiber reinforced plastic or stainless steel can withstand ambient temperatures from -60 to +135 °C.
