With its integrated switch cabinet construction and handling systems - such as transport systems or assembly tables - Bauer Systeme represents an "ideal addition to the Wago portfolio and the classic components business such as terminal blocks, labeling and power supplies", according to the company. Bauer Systeme's current business will be continued and expanded. The newest member of the Wago Group will become an integral part of the portfolio, but will continue to operate independently. The Bauer Systeme site in Bretten in Kraichgau with its approximately 30 employees will remain in place.
