Innovative solutions for optical O2, pH and temperature sensors
PyroScience is a manufacturer of innovative optical sensor systems based on ultra-compact fiber optic measuring devices and OEM modules (Made in Germany). These can be operated with a wide range of optical O2, pH and temperature sensors for applications in gas, water, aqueous or semi-solid samples. We also offer sensor systems for demanding measurements in solvents, microfluidics, screening, for ultra-fast O2 measurements and for many OEM applications, such as oxygen gas monitoring. Our sensor systems are widely used in scientific and industrial applications. PyroScience was founded in Denmark in 1998. In the first years PyroScience mainly developed and distributed automated micromanipulator setups for microsensor applications. In 2009 the company was relocated to Aachen in Germany. In the following years, the product portfolio was continuously expanded. This includes new innovative optical measuring devices for various analytes (oxygen, pH, temperature) and a broad portfolio of opto-chemical sensors based on PyroScience's REDFLASH technology. The latest product FireSting pro is an unprecedented one-device solution for multiple analytes and sensor formats (robust, minimally invasive and non-invasive), enabling measurements of important parameters (O2, pH, T) in one sample with maximum flexibility.
