Repeat accuracies in the hundredths range ensure process reliability, minimize the adjustment effort and avoid unnecessary and costly production interruptions later on. All solutions are characterized by robustness and reliability. Extensive tests and years of use by our satisfied customers prove this.
Our complete performance spectrum (strokes, forces, torques, accuracies, mass moments of inertia) is summarized briefly and compactly in the product overview.
Special design features allow use even in harsh industrial environments or difficult applications. Air feed-throughs and signal feed-throughs are optionally available. An extensive range of accessories rounds off the scope of delivery of the automation technology pneumatic units.
Centring rings are included for easy installation, which are simply inserted into the appropriate holes. The accuracy of the connection is achieved via fits and is in the range of +/- 0.015 mm. As the hole patterns are identical within the sizes, all units of the same size can be mounted together quickly and easily. Reducing plates and adapter plates are also available for size adjustments. For example, a size 9 lifting unit can be reduced to a size 6 part-turn actuator to be mounted on it.
