Procedures and Terms of Participation
Spin-the-Wheel at SPS - Smart Production Solutions 2025 from Tuesday, November 25th to Thursday, November 27th 2025
All visitors who participate and register at the Spin-the-Wheel at the trade fair will receive prizes after spinning the wheel.
The prizes, depending on the outcome, consist of products from participating companies. There is a distinction between grand prizes (sponsor logo) and consolation prizes (blank space).
Each participant will receive at least one consolation prize. Additionally, each participant will receive a free e-paper subscription to the trade magazine Computer & Automation as a thank-you from Pelemedia GmbH. Participants will also have free access to the newsletter of the respective brands.
Participation:
Eligible participants are all visitors and exhibitors of the above-mentioned trade fair with a valid admission ticket (badge) who provide the address data used at registration for scanning by a Pelemedia GmbH employee.
Prizes will be awarded directly at the booth by a Pelemedia GmbH employee after the successful scan of the trade fair ticket and spinning of the wheel. Prizes are non-transferable. Cash payouts or exchanges of prizes are not possible. All employees of Pelemedia GmbH and/or its subsidiaries are excluded from participation.
Use of Address Data:
The address data, which may be personal and is collected via data scan when participating in the Spin-the-Wheel, will be used solely for sending a thank-you mailing, regular (monthly) free e-paper subscriptions, and brand newsletters by email. Address data will not be used to send print products. Collected data will not be shared with the sponsors of the Spin-the-Wheel.
Revocation:
Data usage can be objected to in writing at any time via email. Upon revocation, the data will be deleted. Revocation email: [email protected]
Early Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate the giveaway prematurely or to adapt these terms of participation without notice, especially due to external circumstances and constraints, while safeguarding the rights of previous participants and adhering to reasonable expectations. Such external circumstances include technical issues, legal changes, or mandatory actions by third parties beyond our control. Sponsors are not the organizers of the giveaway and are not responsible for its organization and execution.
